Matt + Rachael Wedding

Indianapolis IN: Matt & Rachael were referred to us by some of our great friends we did a maternity shoot for a while back, and we are so glad we were able to be part of their day. When we heard that they were getting married at the State House and having their reception at the Skyline Club(top floor of one of Indy’s tallest sky scraper’s)…let’s just say we were stoked!

As expected the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the reception was just amazing. Matt and Rachael we wish you all the best and hope you are having a great time on your honeymoon!

Aaron + Jennifer Engagement

Indianapolis IN: Jennifer and Aaron booked a while ago and I can’t believe that their wedding is just a few short weeks away! We were so glad that the weather worked out to get in their engagement shoot. We went to one of our favorite places, the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Their chemistry made the whole shot easy for me and gave us some great photos. We can’t wait to be there for their big day…

Take a Walk…

Ok so I thought I would take a break from the wedding stuff and post a little about our beautiful daughter Ella. She is the funniest (almost) 3 year old I have ever spent time with, and one of her absolute favorite things to do is go on walks. She’ll bring her baby dolls, stroller, halloween candy basket, clothes, and anything else she can grab before we leave the house…30 seconds later I”m holding everything…I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

We usually talk about dogs, or birds or what she did that day. She’ll pick some flowers (dandelions) and usually we’ll end up taking a “break” in someone’s front yard to rest and talk some more.

It’s times like these that you remember the little things in life are the most important. That curiosity and wonder are not only for kids, but for us as well. That there is so much more to life than what we think, and that children always seem to have a much better grasp on that than the rest of us…

Taylor Family And Friends Photoshoot

Danville IN – I met Chris a few months ago when I went to Altered Image Tattoo in Avon to schedule a tattoo appointment. He just happened to be at the front desk that day and I”m really glad he was. He ended up doing two tattoo’s for me already (post of those to come soon!) which I am super stoked about and he has some very cool ideas for a couple more.

After hearing that I was a photographer he was all about getting pictures done of his family. Also his best friend Jason happened to be in the shop that day so he decided to get in on the action and show up too! So needless to say there were ALOT of people at the shoot but everyone was so fun to hang out with and the weather was perfect. Enjoy the awesomeness that will ensue!!

Happy Easter

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy easter. Ella has been on a weekend long sugar high so that’s just fantastic for us! She has had a great time though, we have had a few easter egg hunts, decorating easter eggs, and finishing it off with her favorite thing to do…swing. The weather has been just beautiful lately which makes things so much easier. It also helps with working off the sugar high.

Hope you all are doing well and we’ll be posting a family shoot and maternity shoot in the next few days. We are getting ready for our double header wedding weekend this weekend. Should be filled with awesomeness!!

Ryan Head Shots

Indianapolis: We had to postpone this shot because of the weather a few times, but I am so glad that we were able to get it in on a nice day. It was so fun to hand out with Ryan for a while and get to know this talented actress/model. She has traveled the world and is getting ready to get into the Theatre scene in Indianapolis. We ended up walking around the City Market, The circle and down a few alleys to get these great shots. Good Luck Ryan!
