Stories…

Everyone has them.

Here is a little bit of mine.

Photography has quickly become a passion of mine.  I have always been interested in the arts and music, but it wasn’t until Amy bought me an old film camera a few years ago, that I really saw the beauty and importance of photography.  It has shown me that beauty is always much broader than we expect, that the mundane is not mundane at all, you just have to look a little harder.  It has shown me that the Grand Canyon holds the same wonder as a small town in Indiana or a look between two people in love. 

It has shown me that life, in all its forms. Is beautiful.

It has also shown me that majestic and inspiring moments happen in a split second and if not captured will disappear like a spark.

It gives me hope…

Sharing stories is one of the most important things we can do. A picture can be a story in and of itself, a moment that will never happen again, but can be remembered forever. 

I love stories.  I would love to be a small part of yours.
